Rooted in Scripture. Grounded in grace. Growing together.
Grimsby Church of Christ was established in 1952 by a small group of faithful believers who desired to follow the New Testament pattern for the Lord's church. Over the decades, our congregation has grown into a warm, multigenerational family.
We are an independent congregation — meaning we have no governing hierarchy beyond Christ himself. We look to the New Testament as our sole guide for faith and practice.
Today, we continue to serve the Grimsby community and the surrounding Niagara region with worship, service, and the message of Jesus Christ.
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and our only rule of faith and practice.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, our Saviour, and the head of the church.
We practice baptism by immersion for the remission of sins, as commanded in the New Testament.
We observe the Lord's Supper every Sunday in remembrance of Christ's sacrifice.
